fashion design entry requirements

All potential students must have at least five passes at grade C or above including Maths and English at GCSE.

We also ask that students have obtained a MMM in a BTEC National Award or HNC/HND;

OR

successfully completed an appropriate Access or Foundation course with a merit.

If you do not meet these requirements then you will not be given an interview for the fashion course. We only make exceptions for mature students that can evidence excellent life experiences and/or work experience commensurate with the level you wish to study.

Students that are suitably qualified may then be asked to attend an interview at the University to present a portfolio of selected work. We will then interview and then select from this process.

Please note the course is highly popular and therefore selection for the course is based on qualifications, interview, and the portfolio of work you present if selected for interview.
